ArtStorm 6-8 year olds, come together every Saturday at 11:00 a.m. - 12 p.m, and Friday evenings 3pm - 4pm.
We dabble in all types of fun art and craft projects, sometimes we work as a team, more often we work on our own. The projects we do throughout the year vary from bookbinding, to clay, marbling to 3D and so much in between and beyond.
Wednesday after schools.
This class is a natural step for any child that has been in my 6-8 class, however, by no means do you have to have previously attended an ArtStorm class, you could join at any time.
In this class we work on improving our observation of the world around us, and adding those extra details into our drawings and paintings.
Colour theory is dabbled in, along with plenty of 3D works and crafts.
As with all of my classes, they are child led, so if I have a class that revels in crafts or 3D, then we really play around in that area so the students go home with many new techniques. But we be careful to find balance and not let other areas of art be ignored.
